2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing includes order verification, payment confirmation, and packaging.

Please note:

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may be processed on the next business day
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
• During sale periods or holidays, processing may take 2-3 business days

You will receive an email notification when your order has been processed and shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently have the following shipping restrictions:

• Service Area: We ship only within Pakistan
• P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes
• Remote Areas: Some remote locations may have limited or no service; we will contact you if we cannot ship to your address
• High-Value Orders: Orders above PKR 50,000 require signature confirmation and may have additional security measures

5. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by:

1. Logging into your account on our website (if you created one)
2. Using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
3. Contacting our customer service at 0345-1130011 with your order number

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available after you receive the shipping confirmation.

6. Shipping Costs and Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

• Delivery destination
• Package weight and dimensions
• Selected shipping method

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over PKR 10,000 within Pakistan. The free shipping offer applies to standard shipping only; express shipping upgrades are available at an additional cost.

7. Delivery and Receipt

When your package is delivered:

• The courier will require a signature upon delivery (for most shipments)
• If you're not available, the courier may leave a delivery attempt notice
• You may need to pick up the package from the local courier office
• Someone else at the delivery address may sign for the package

Important: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, occasionally issues may occur:

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows delivered but you haven't received the package:

1. Check with household members or neighbors
2. Check around your property (porch, garage, etc.)
3. Contact your local courier office
4. If still not found, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

1. Do not discard any packaging materials
2. Take photos of the damaged package and contents

4. We will guide you through the claims process

Our Responsibility: WebOria Digital is not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping once they have been handed to the courier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and will replace or refund items that are lost or damaged in transit, subject to investigation and approval by the courier.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order:

• We can only change the address if the order hasn't been shipped yet
• If the order has shipped, you may need to contact the courier directly

Additional charges may apply for address corrections or re-routing.

10. Customs and Import Duties

For domestic shipments within Pakistan, no customs duties apply. If we expand to international shipping in the future, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and will be collected by the courier upon delivery.
