At WebOria Digital, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and obtaining refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Important: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • With all original tags and labels attached
  • In its original packaging
  • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size or fit
  • Change of mind (subject to restocking fee as described below)
  • Defective or damaged item received
  • Wrong item received

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  4. Package the item securely with all original packaging and tags
  5. Include the Return Authorization Number inside the package
  6. Ship the package to the address we provide

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping and Costs

The responsibility and cost of return shipping depends on the reason for return:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

We will notify you via email about the status of your return:

  • Approved: Your refund will be processed
  • Rejected: Item does not meet return criteria (we will explain why and return the item to you at your expense)

7. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds exclude original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund
  • You will receive the refund within 7-10 business days after we approve your return
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at 0345-1130011 or email support@weboriadigital.com. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged during shipping)

We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label for the defective item.
