Important: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our Return & Refund Policy.

How to Request Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately using one of the following methods:

3. Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees may apply in certain situations:

  • Pricing Errors: Incorrect price displayed due to technical error
  • Suspicious Activity: Suspected fraudulent transaction
  • Payment Issues: Payment cannot be processed or is declined
  • Shipping Restrictions: Unable to ship to the provided address
  • Quantity Limits: Order exceeds purchase limits
  • Legal or Regulatory Reasons: Compliance with laws or regulations

If we cancel your order, we will:

  2. Provide a full refund if payment has been processed
  3. Explain the reason for cancellation (when appropriate)

  • Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective

8. Pre-Orders and Backorders

For pre-orders or backordered items:

  • You may cancel at any time before the item ships
  • No cancellation fee applies
  • Full refund will be provided

9. Store Pickup Orders

For orders placed for in-store pickup:

  • You may cancel anytime before the item is prepared for pickup
  • No cancellation fee applies
  • If you do not pick up the order within 7 days, it will be automatically cancelled and restocked
