1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, purchasing an onboarding package, or integrating Weboria's Pay-In or Pay-Out APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions established by Weboria Digital Solutions.
2. Merchant Aggregation Services
Weboria acts as a payment aggregator facilitating digital transactions across JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Pakistani banking networks. Merchants are responsible for ensuring that all goods and services sold through their platforms comply with all applicable local laws and payment scheme rules.
3. Service Charges & MDR Fees
Standard merchant transaction service charges range between 5% to 9% depending on transaction volume, merchant category, and settlement region. All rates are exclusive of applicable government sales taxes and federal excise duties unless explicitly agreed in a custom enterprise SLA.
4. Settlements & Pay-Outs
Pay-In settlements and Pay-Out batch disbursements are processed pursuant to the agreed schedule (standard T+1 or instant for verified merchants). Merchants must maintain accurate beneficiary bank or wallet details to prevent transaction rejection.
