1. Information We Collect
As a payment aggregator for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, we collect information required to verify merchants and process financial transactions:
- Merchant Identity: Business name, NTN, contact person, phone number, and official email.
- Transaction Metadata: Transaction reference IDs, transaction amounts, timestamps, and settlement accounts. We do NOT store sensitive customer MPINs or full payment credentials.
- Technical & API Logs: IP addresses, API request payloads, and webhook delivery records for security auditing.
2. How We Use Collected Data
Collected data is strictly used to authenticate transactions with wallet networks (JazzCash, EasyPaisa), dispatch IPN webhooks, execute automated settlements, and maintain compliance with Pakistani financial regulations.
3. Payment & Transaction Security
All API requests and checkouts run over encrypted TLS 1.3 tunnels. Every transaction payload is validated using HMAC-SHA256 hashing to eliminate tampering. Recurring tokens are stored in an encrypted vault complying with modern tokenization standards.
